What is included in the lodge rates?
All rates include accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, house drinks, the Maasai Culture Center Experience, 18% VAT. Premium beverages, park fees, transfers, activities, and other government levies are not included.
What deposit is required to confirm a booking?
A 30% deposit is required at confirmation. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 60 or more days before arrival receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations 30–59 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. Cancellations under 30 days before arrival receive no refund.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out is available subject to additional fees.
Are children allowed, and do they pay?
Children under 6 years old stay free when sharing a room with their parents. For additional guests or older children, rates dependent on season.
Are vegetarian or gluten-free meals available?
Yes. All meals are prepared from ecoFarm produce. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available on request.
Does bed configuration affect the price?
No. Bed configurations do not affect pricing. Rates are per room per night for double occupancy regardless of bed type chosen.
